Taiwan Lian Yi Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Qiao Ding Spring Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a professional manufacturer of computer spring machinery and equipment. Its parent company Northeast Spring Machinery was founded in Taipei, Taiwan in 1981 by Mr.Wu (President)and Mr.Chen(President). Subsequently, Wu and Chen With the cooperation, Huizhou Qiaowei Spring Machinery Co., Ltd. was also established in the mainland. The company was the first to invent a universal computerized spring machine in the Asia-Pacific region. At first, it only had a single model EN501, and it has been widely used in the United States (Patent No. 4947670) and China (Patent No. 92240999.4 ) obtained a technology patent, and later invented the core-rotating structure technology patent (97216099), creating the EN502S model that sells well in Asia, Pacific, Europe and the United States. It has established the company's position in the spring machinery industry. EN502S machinery has been selling well to this day, occupying the mainstream market with its simplicity and ease of use, high production efficiency, stable operation, high cost performance and perfect and efficient after-sales service.
In order to meet the needs of customers, the company has successively developed computer compression spring machine series: EN8CS, EN26CS, EN50CS, small wire diameter universal machine EN5008S, and large wire diameter universal machine EN504S. As well as the universal turning machines EN502W and EN505W, in order to improve production efficiency and meet customer needs, a variety of auxiliary equipment with independent patents have been developed: clamp ears for producing tension springs (93243241.7), chamfering machines (98204621.9), curling ( 97225586), tempering device (on the machine), etc., which greatly improves the production efficiency and functionality of the equipment.
Our equipment can produce conventional tension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, pagoda springs, double torsion springs, clip springs, vortex springs, etc. Our company also helps customers develop special equipment for special springs, or design changes on the original machine, or provide detailed reference plans to assist in production, or tailor-made machine parts.
