1. Gear design meets AGMA standards. 2. The speed-reduction mechanism employs transformed helical gears to upgrade gear matching faces and features smooth running, low noise, low backlash and high torque output. 3. Equipped with SKF or NSK bearings. 4. Gears are manufactured from chrome molybdenum alloy steel, normalized and precision ground, carbonization treated to hardness HRC 58°~61°. Gear faces are precision ground to achieve of JIS 0~2 class.5. The gearbox housing is manufactured from high quality ductile iron(FCD45), stress relieved for deformation-free.1. 齒輪設計依據AGMA規範。2. 減速機構採用轉位螺旋齒輪，提升齒型嚙合率，運轉平順，低噪音，低背隙，高扭力。3. 採用SKF或NSK軸承。4. 齒輪材質為鎳鉻鉬合金鋼，經正常化處理，精密加工。滲碳熱處理至HRC58°~61°，齒面研磨精度達JIS 0級~2級。5. 齒輪箱本體採用高級球墨鑄鐵(FCD45)，經應力清除，長久使用不變形。
