Shuenn Chang Fa Enterprise Co., Ltd. (SCF) is renowned as a high-quality long-length screw manufacturer and has been actively involved in addressing a critical issue: Climate Change. Since 2015, SCF has supported customers in participating in the Carbon Disclosure Project focused on Climate Change. In 2022, SCF initiated Carbon Footprint Verification and achieved ISO 14064-1 certification by year-end of 2023.

Over the past four years (2019-2023), SCF has consistently worked towards enhancing energy efficiency and reducing electricity consumption. This involved improvements to the air compressors throughout the entire plant, the installation of frequency conversion upgrades, and the replacement of traditional lighting with energy-saving LED fixtures. These efforts have resulted in significant savings of 226,379 KW, equivalent to approximately 113.6 tCO2e in reduced emissions.

With a 40-year history, SCF maintains a focus on producing customized design screws, specialized long screws, and automotive screws. The majority are manufactured in-house and undergo rigorous inspection at each production stage. SCF has earned certifications including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025, attesting to its commitment to quality and environmental standards.
